Okay when someone asks an everyday person like me to make the rider I tend to add a character to it but I understand here is the better version(as in the rider not the character):

Kamen Rider Pray
A mantis/assasin theme rider that you can use your imagination for the masked and rider form (once I explain the rider gear)with light green and white color armor and turqouise eye color

Rider Gear:

Right Hand Bracer

Mantis Zecter: When attach to bracer; it lays belly down with head facing forward, the blade arms horizonatly align with the body facing back, the two pair of legs form angles with the front legs not touching the bracer and its back legs touching the bracer for Masked form. For Rider form: Pray moves the front legs to a touching bracer position to start the cast off process and moves the back legs to a non-touching bracer position to finish the process. To start two of the rider's three finishers; Pray moves the back legs to a touching bracer position then back into a non-touching bracer position. The last
Rider finisher; Pray moves the blade arms to a forward facing position and moves the back legs to a touching bracer position then back into a non-touching bracer position.

Arm Slashers: A pair of single edge short swords that attach to the bottom of the fore arm when being stored and the handles (with a button at the end of each one) are align 90 degrees with blade so it fits into the palm of Pray's hands in both Masked form and while being stored but when not being stored in rider form the handles verticaly align with the blade.

Backhand Pistols: A pair of single barrel semi-automatic guns that covers the Arm Slashers in Masked Form that fire from the buttons on the handles.

Clock up: Pray runs two of his left hand fingers through his left pad on his belt.

Finishers:

Rider Double Slash: Pray moves the back legs of the Mantis Zecter to a touching bracer position then back into a non-touching bracer position, and unstore his Arm Slashers with the one in his left hand in a forehand grip and the one in his right hand in is a backhand grip. When fully charge; Pray X slashes his opponent.

Rider Stab: Pray moves the back legs of the Mantis Zecter to a touching bracer position then back into a non-touching bracer position, then unstores his left Arm Slasher into his left hand in a backhand grip, and when fully cherged; Pray stabs his opponent.

Rider Jab: Pray moves the Mantis Zecter's blade arms to a forward facing position, then moves the back legs to a touching bracer position, and back into a non-touching bracer position. When fully charged, Pray jabs his opponent.


If I had to go into the details of the rider: The helment in rider form would be a cross between Chalice and TheBee, the shoulder armor in both rider and masked form is similar to Kabuto's, as for the weapons and how they are I look at Gatack and this [link] for inspiration.
